Studio & Treatments

Please note, all reservations require a credit card to guarantee booking.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Fee is $75 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel any appointment.

No-Show Fee is $150.

What is your late policy?

Out of respect for our clientele and staff schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at discretion. services may be modified to a ‘quickie’ or shortened version for time.

Do you accept returns and/or refunds?

Absolutely no refunds at all on any products + services.

What facial or treatment do I book?

New clients should book a ‘kismet curated facial.’ you must book a facial before you can receive future advanced services ie; peel or microneedling.

Do you have evening and weekend hours?

Yes! we are open after work hours and on Saturdays.

Sundays are available for special occasions and events and will be announced on social media and available for booking on aesthetic record.

How do I prepare for my treatment?

Please discontinue all active products 3-5 days before your treatment.

These products include ingredients such as RETINOL, SALICYLIC ACID, GLYCOLIC ACID, LACTIC ACID, ETC.

NEW CLIENTS: Please bring your current products to your first appointment.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
